For the duty rota, the club uses DutyMan software. This is a widely-used duty system that allows duties to be allocated, volunteered for and swapped between members if there is a need to. The StMLSC package also includes a directory of members. The system is secure and GDPR-compliant. It can be accessed from any device with a web browser, including a smartphone, and it provides a complete calendar of our activities for the year. DutyMan will email you reminders and, if an event is to be cancelled or amended, it allows the club to issue notices directly to those who have signed up to help.
For over-18s, taking part in duties is an active requirement of membership. Those under 18 are of course very welcome to take part too.
